Eppendorf Research® plus Move It®, adjustable cone distance, 8-channel, 5 – 100 µL, light yellow

This Eppendorf adjustable tip spacing pipette is an 8-channel air-cushion model with a volume range of 5 – 100 µL, identified by its light yellow color code. The adjustable tip spacing covers 4.5 – 33 mm, allowing transfer between different vessel formats including 384-, 96-, 48-, 24-, and 12-well plates, tubes, and agarose gels. A spring-loaded tip cone is included, and the instrument is autoclavable.

Volume is set in increments of 0.1 µL in mechanical operating mode. Random measurement error is specified at 5 µL: ± 4 % (± 0.2 µL), 10 µL: ± 2 % (± 0.2 µL), 50 µL: ± 0.8 % (± 0.4 µL), and 100 µL: ± 0.6 % (± 0.6 µL). Systematic measurement error is 5 µL: ± 6 % (± 0.3 µL), 10 µL: ± 3 % (± 0.3 µL), 50 µL: ± 1.2 % (± 0.6 µL), and 100 µL: ± 1 % (± 1 µL).

The ergonomic handle is designed to reduce strain during repetitive use, enabling liquid transfer from tubes to plates without switching between single-channel pipettes. The pipette accepts only epT.I.P.S.® 384 consumables and is an open system compatible with third-party tips. Delivery includes the pipette, epT.I.P.S.® Box 2.0 pipette tips, an operating manual, a certificate, an adjustment tool, and adjustment seals for temporary adjustment (x5). Body color is dark gray with a yellow dispensing button; the instrument is manufactured in Germany.
