The Research plus is a mechanical air-cushion pipette with standard 3-button operation, offering a secondary adjustment option for accuracy with specific liquid types. Its spring-loaded tip cone achieves optimal tightness with minimal attachment forces, and a quick connection clip lets users remove the lower part in just two steps. A four-digit volume display is easy to view, and volume can be adjusted one-handed in only a few turns. Multichannel functionality includes channel indicators plus the flexibility to remove any of the independent channels and use as many as needed. The design requires up to 50% less pipetting force to help minimize stress and fatigue. The pipette body is made from Fortron PPS, which is not easily damaged by harsh liquids or cleaners, and the unit is fully autoclavable for simple decontamination.
