Designed for accurate, easy, and ergonomic pipetting of aqueous solutions, this Eppendorf Research plus kit brings together a set of single-channel mechanical air-cushion pipettes with variable volumes from 0.1–2.5 µL through to 100–1000 µL, supplied with a Pipette Carousel 2 stand.

Built according to the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept® principles, the pipettes are notably light at 75 g for the single-channel version and offer some of the lowest operating and tip ejection forces on the pipette market. A spring-loaded tip cone, available on pipettes up to 1 mL, keeps tip attachment forces minimal without sacrificing tip tightness. Users can temporarily adjust the pipette in seconds for better accuracy when pipetting challenging liquids such as ethanol or when working at high altitudes, and then return to factory adjustment without calibration. A clip system allows the pipette to be dismantled and reassembled for easy maintenance.

Maintenance is straightforward: the lower part, or the entire pipette, can be autoclaved for decontamination. The piston is highly resistant to wear, and the premium materials provide high UV and chemical resistance. The kit is made in Germany.
