Eppendorf Research® plus 120-1200µL/8-ch, dark green

Available from Eppendorf, the Research® plus is supplied as an 8-channel, variable-volume mechanical pipette in dark green, covering a 120 – 1,200 µL range. It is described as ideal for precise liquid handling in scientific research and laboratory workflows [S1][S3].

The pipette is engineered within the Eppendorf PhysioCare Concept® and is described as an ultra-light design with low operation forces, intended to reduce hand and arm strain during pipetting. It features a spring-loaded tip cone that supports a reproducible, reliable tip fit with reduced attachment force — a gentle push-down delivers haptic feedback once the tip is seated properly, with no need for rocking or banging. This spring-loaded tip cone is fitted to all Eppendorf microlitre pipettes up to 1,000 µL, and the Research® plus also incorporates the SOFTeject function [S2].

Built on around 60 years of liquid-handling development at Eppendorf, the Research® plus is described as one of the most commonly used pipettes in the world and positioned as one of the safest and most ergonomic options available.
