Description

This single-channel, variable-volume mechanical pipette from Eppendorf is part of the Reference 2 series, covering the range 0.25 – 2.5 mL, with a red operating button and an included epT.I.P.S.® sample bag. Its one-button ergonomic operation supports fast handling with reduced operating effort, while clear haptic feedback helps avoid accidental tip ejection.

Features include a 4-digit display with a magnifying window for secure volume setting, a spring-loaded tip cone that lowers attachment force and improves user-to-user reproducibility, and full autoclavability for efficient decontamination. A temporary adjustment option allows easy calibration for different liquids or external conditions without a full recalibration. The pipette is suited to forward pipetting, reverse pipetting, removal of supernatants, sample mixing, phase extraction, and filling of plates, gels, and reaction vessels. A maintenance kit is included in the package.
