Eppendorf Reference® 2 12-channel, variable, 10 - 100 µL, yellow

This Eppendorf 12-channel, variable-volume micropipette covers a range of 10–100 µL and features a yellow operating button. It is intended for use with 200 µL tips and incorporates spring-loaded tip cones with sequential ejection, individually removable channels and a channel indicator. A holder for the pipette carousel is included.

One-button operation combines aspirating, dispensing and tip ejection into a single movement, with clear haptic feedback to prevent accidental tip ejection and no lateral movement of the thumb. Aerosol contamination is reduced through half the number of air cushion movements. The lightweight design and supple piston are intended to minimise muscle strain. A secondary, reversible adjustment system sits apart from the metrological adjustment, allowing calibration to specific operating conditions (liquid, temperature, pressure). An embedded RFID chip works with Eppendorf TrackIT software to support traceability of the pipette and its use.

The instrument is supplied with a certificate of conformity to EN ISO 8655 and carries a 3-year warranty. It is made in Germany.
