EMT-2 Add on ProstateCancerDetect

The QIAGEN EMT-2 Add on extends the AdnaTest ProstateCancerDetect workflow beyond epithelial CTC capture, enabling researchers to identify circulating tumor cells that have undergone epithelial-mesenchymal transition in peripheral blood. This supplementary reagent set supplies the additional antibody mix and primer pairs used alongside the original ProstateCancerDetect kit to enrich and transcribe mesenchymal-transition markers from the same patient sample. The kit is supplied in a vial-based format and is intended for research use only, with each run starting from a 5 mL blood sample. By combining EMT-2 with an established AdnaTest run, laboratories can profile EMT-associated transcripts together with prostate-specific markers, supporting studies of CTC heterogeneity, treatment resistance, and metastatic progression in prostate cancer research. Components are ready to integrate with the existing AdnaTest ProstateCancerDetect consumables.
