dPCR CNV Probe Reference Assay

From QIAGEN, this wet-lab tested dPCR CNV Probe Reference Assay is optimized for the quantification of gene-specific regions in human, mouse, or rat DNA. Used together with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit or QIAcuity High Multiplex Probe PCR Kit on the QIAcuity digital PCR instrument, the assay supports detection of copy number variations (CNV) as a reference target with known copy number per genome.

The assay is supplied as a 20x primer/probe mix and is available in six dye options: FAM, HEX, ATTO 550, ROX, Cy5, and ATTO 700. Wet-lab tested assays are shipped ready-to-use on dry ice and should be stored protected from light at -30 to -15 °C for long-term storage (12 months), or at 2–8 °C for short-term storage (6 months), with repeated freeze–thaw cycles avoided.
