dPCR CGT Assay WPRE (HEX)

From QIAGEN, this dPCR CGT Assay is a wet-lab validated 20x hydrolysis-probe assay targeting the woodchuck hepatitis virus post-transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE) sequence [S1][S3]. It is labeled with the HEX fluorophore using a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher configuration, and a synthetic DNA sequence is provided for use as positive controls [S1]. The assay is designed for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System together with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit [S1].
