dPCR CGT Assay WPRE (FAM)

This wet-lab validated 20x assay from QIAGEN targets the woodchuck hepatitis virus post-transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE) sequence for digital PCR applications. Designed for use with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System and QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit, it supports viral vector genome quantification, including work on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) samples.

The assay is compatible with the restriction enzymes Msp I, Hpa II, Sma I, and Hae III and yields an 85 bp amplicon. The FAM probe is paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher. The CGT dPCR Assays are validated for singleplex and multiplex reactions and can be additionally combined with gene-of-interest assays.

Reported performance includes high precision with less than 10% deviation from the mean across fluorophores and operators, accurate quantification down to 0.3 copies/µl, and high linearity from 2.5 copies/µl to 15,000 copies/µl on 8.5k Nanoplates.
