dPCR CGT Assay SV40 polyA (HEX)

From QIAGEN, this digital PCR assay targets the simian virus 40 polyadenylation signal sequence. It is a wet-lab validated, 20x hydrolysis-probe assay labeled with HEX for multiplex detection of polyA-containing constructs. The assay is designed for use with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System and the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit master mix, with HEX detection paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher. The amplicon length is 95 bp, and the assay is compatible with the restriction enzymes Msp I, Hpa II, Sma I, and Hae III. A synthetic DNA sequence is supplied for use as a positive control. Demonstrated sample data on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) support its application in vector characterization and transgene quantification research.
