dPCR CGT Assay hGH polyA (HEX)

From QIAGEN, this dPCR CGT Assay hGH polyA (HEX) is a wet-lab validated 20x assay targeting the human growth hormone polyadenylation signal sequence. It is designed for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit. The assay uses a HEX probe fluorophore with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher and produces an amplicon length of 156 bp. It is compatible with Msp I, Hpa II, and Sma2I restriction enzymes. A synthetic DNA sequence for positive controls is provided, and the assay has been demonstrated on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) samples, with single-well 1D and 2D scatter plot data shown for the Green and Yellow channels.
