dPCR CGT Assay hGH polyA (FAM)

This wet-lab validated assay from QIAGEN is a 20x probe-based digital PCR assay designed to target the human growth hormone (hGH) polyadenylation signal sequence. It is described as pre-validated and supplied ready-to-use, with storage recommended frozen.

The probe is labelled with FAM and uses a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher, producing an amplicon length of 156 bp. The assay is designed to run on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System using the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit as the dPCR master mix and is compatible with multiplex setups.

Restriction enzyme compatibility is listed for Msp I, Hpa II, and Sma2I. Demonstrated sample data includes single-well 1D scatter plots from lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) and a 2D multiplex configuration with a CMV enhancer assay on AAV2 DNA input.
