dPCR CGT Assay GFP (HEX)

From QIAGEN's digital PCR CGT assay portfolio, the GFP-targeting assay is a wet-lab validated 20x formulation designed for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit. This HEX-labelled variant uses a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher and is one of three fluorophore options in the GFP assay family, alongside FAM and Cy5 versions.

The assay amplifies a 60 bp target region and is compatible with the restriction enzymes MspI, HpaII, SmaI, and HaeIII. According to the May 2025 validation data sheet, performance was demonstrated on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) samples, with single-well 1D and 2D scatter plots showing signal distribution across the Green, Yellow, and Crimson channels and supporting co-analysis with a CMV promoter assay in the same sample.

A synthetic DNA sequence is supplied for use as a positive control covering the GFP target region.
