dPCR CGT Assay GFP (Cy5)

From QIAGEN, this wet-lab validated 20x digital PCR assay targets the green fluorescent protein (GFP) sequence for viral vector genome quantitation, including adeno-associated virus (AAV) workflows. The Cy5-labeled assay uses a TAO/Iowa Black quencher and produces a 60 bp amplicon. It is designed for use with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System and QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit, and is compatible with the restriction enzymes MspI, HpaII, SmaI, and HaeIII. The assay can be run in singleplex or multiplex and is also compatible with digital PCR instruments from other suppliers as well as qPCR platforms.

A synthetic DNA positive-control sequence is provided. Published performance data demonstrate accurate quantification down to 0.3 copies/µl and high linearity from 2.5 copies/µl to 15,000 copies/µl on 8.5k Nanoplates, with precision showing less than 10% deviation from the mean.
