dPCR CGT Assay CMV promoter (HEX)

A wet-lab validated, 20x digital PCR assay from QIAGEN targets the cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter sequence for cell and gene therapy applications. The assay is designed for use with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System in combination with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit, and uses a HEX-labeled probe paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher to deliver an amplicon of 128 bp.

Restriction enzyme compatibility covers Msp I, Hpa II, Sma I, and Hae III, and a synthetic DNA sequence is provided as a positive control. The assay can be used in singleplex and multiplex reactions and is also compatible with digital PCR instruments from other suppliers, supporting workflows for AAV vector genome quantitation.
