dPCR CGT Assay CMV enhancer (HEX)

This wet-lab validated digital PCR assay from QIAGEN targets the cytomegalovirus (CMV) enhancer sequence. It is a HEX-labelled probe assay paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher, producing a 132 bp amplicon, and is designed to be run on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit. The assay is compatible with the restriction enzymes Msp I, Hpa II, and Sma I.

Optimized for high specificity and compatibility with multiplex assays on QIAcuity systems, the assay supports reliable quantification of regulatory elements in vector constructs and is suitable for singleplex and multiplex reactions alongside other CGT dPCR assays. Platform-level performance data from QIAGEN reports accurate quantification down to 0.3 copies/µl and high linearity from 2.5 copies/µl to 15,000 copies/µl with superior precision (less than 10% deviation from mean) on 8.5k Nanoplates.
