dPCR CGT Assay CMV enhancer (FAM)

From QIAGEN, this wet-lab validated 20x assay targets the cytomegalovirus (CMV) enhancer sequence for absolute quantification by digital PCR. It carries a FAM-labelled probe with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher and produces a 132 bp amplicon. The assay is designed for seamless integration into QIAcuity workflows and is compatible with the restriction enzymes Msp I, Hpa II, and Sma I.

Validated for use in both singleplex and multiplex reactions, the assay can be combined with gene-of-interest assays and is also compatible with digital PCR instruments from other suppliers. It is supplied ready-to-use and should be stored frozen. Intended for research use only; not for diagnostic use.

The CGT dPCR Assays demonstrate high linearity from 2.5 copies/µl to 15,000 copies/µl with superior precision (less than 10% deviation from mean) on 8.5k Nanoplates, and accurate quantification down to 0.3 copies/µl.
