dPCR CGT Assay bGH polyA (HEX)

This wet-lab validated digital PCR assay from QIAGEN targets the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal sequence. It belongs to the QIAcuity Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) dPCR Assay range and is designed for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System together with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit. The assay carries a HEX fluorophore paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher and produces a 70 bp amplicon. It is compatible with the restriction enzymes MspI, HpaII, SmaI and HaeIII.

According to the manufacturer's validation data sheet, the reagent is supplied at 20x concentration and supports applications relevant to gene therapy development, including viral vector titer measurement, assessment of vector genome integrity, and identification of potential plasmid contamination when Amp plasmids are used in AAV production. Validation figures include 1D and 2D scatter plots showing single-well data on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) samples, including multiplexed readouts combined with CMV promoter and ITR assays.
