dPCR CGT Assay bGH polyA (FAM)

A wet-lab validated digital PCR assay from QIAGEN targets the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation (bGH poly A) signal sequence. The 20x assay is intended for monitoring vector backbone elements and polyadenylation signals in cell and gene therapy (CGT) workflows.

The assay is validated for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit as the dPCR master mix. It carries a FAM fluorophore paired with a ZEN/Iowa Black quencher and produces a 70 bp amplicon. It is compatible with the restriction enzymes MspI, HpaII, SmaI, and HaeIII, and can be multiplexed with HEX- and Cy5-labeled companion assays. On the QIAcuity instrument the FAM label is detected in the Green channel.

Validation data include single-well 1D scatter plots on lysed adeno-associated virus (AAV) samples and 2D scatter plots demonstrating multiplex performance alongside CMV promoter and ITR assays. The product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic procedures.
