dPCR CGT Assay bGH polyA (Cy5)

A wet-lab validated digital PCR assay from QIAGEN targets the bovine growth hormone polyadenylation (bGH polyA) signal sequence. The Cy5-labeled assay uses a TAO/Iowa Black quencher and produces a 70 bp amplicon. It is compatible with the restriction enzymes MspI, HpaII, SmaI, and HaeIII, and is designed for use on the QIAcuity Digital PCR System with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit.

Formulated for sensitive detection of vector polyadenylation signals in cell and gene therapy (CGT) applications, the assay supports multiplexed detection alongside FAM and HEX channels and can be used in both singleplex and multiplex reactions. CGT dPCR Assays are also compatible with digital PCR instruments from other suppliers. Reported performance on 8.5k Nanoplates includes accurate quantification down to 0.3 copies/µl, high linearity from 2.5 copies/µl to 15,000 copies/µl, and precision with less than 10% deviation from the mean. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not for use in diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease.
