dNTP Set, PCR Grade 100mM, (4x250µl)

QIAGEN provides individual, highly pure deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP) at 100 mM concentration in aqueous solution, designed for flexible preparation of PCR and RT-PCR reactions requiring high sensitivity and reproducibility.

Each nucleotide is supplied separately, enabling customized reaction setup for standard, sensitive, and specialized PCR applications. The set supports adjustments to concentrations of specific nucleotides, which is necessary for certain labeling techniques and desirable for troubleshooting or altering reaction components. Individual dNTPs can be diluted and combined as required, providing maximum flexibility for protocol optimization, DNA labeling protocols, and assay optimization workflows.

High-purity dNTPs help minimize the risk that contaminating impurities reduce sensitivity, amplification efficiency, and product yield in sensitive PCR. For standard PCR assays, a typical 200 µM concentration of each dNTP is used. The product can also support substitution of dTTP with dUTP to minimize PCR carryover contamination when combined with thermolabile Uracil DNA Glycosylase treatment. Each lot is tested in a specific polymerase chain reaction requiring all four nucleotides.
