dNTP Mix, PCR Grade, 10mM, 4x200µl

This PCR Grade premix from QIAGEN is a ready-to-use solution containing equimolar dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP in water (pH 7.5), each at a concentration of 10 mM. The nucleotides are supplied at a fixed, optimised 1:1:1:1 ratio, and the product is intended for sensitive, reproducible PCR and RT-PCR applications as well as use in standard PCR techniques.

Each lot is quality-tested in a polymerase chain reaction that requires all four nucleotides. The ready-to-use format is designed to minimise pipetting steps, simplify reaction setup, and reduce variability between reactions, helping ensure consistent nucleotide composition for routine workflows requiring high reproducibility.
