DNeasy PowerSoil Pro QIAcube Kit (240)

This QIAGEN kit is designed for fully automated DNA purification on the QIAcube Connect system, and is formulated to remove inhibitors commonly found in soil and sediment samples. The kit is supplied with Mini Spin Columns, Rotor Adapters, Elution Tubes, and PowerBead Pro Tubes, together with the reagents Solution CD1 (200 mL), Solution CD2 (2 x 60 mL), Solution CD3 (175 mL + 2 x 35 mL), Solution C5 (2 x 175 mL), Solution C6 (2 x 66 mL), and Solution EA (175 mL).

Solution CD2 should be stored at 2–8°C upon arrival; all other components and reagents can be stored at room temperature (15–25°C) until the expiration date printed on the box label. The kit is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease. Solution EA and Solution C5 are flammable; Solution CD1 and Solution CD3 contain chaotropic salts and must not be combined with bleach or acidic solutions.

Output is described as high-quality, PCR-ready DNA suitable for downstream qPCR, library preparation, and metagenomic sequencing workflows.
