Description
This QIAGEN cleanup kit is designed for secondary DNA clean-up and the removal of inhibitors from previously purified DNA. It removes humic acids, heparin, and other PCR inhibitors to support high-quality downstream results, and it accepts processed previously purified DNA as its sample type.
According to the manufacturer's specifications, each run or prep takes 14 minutes. The kit processes 1–24 samples per run and provides a binding capacity of up to 20 µg per prep, handling DNA across a size range of 60 bp to 50 kb. Kits should be stored at room temperature (15–30°C).
