Custom qPCR LNA Assay (Probe and Primer)

From QIAGEN, this qPCR assay is optimized with locked nucleic acid (LNA) technology and forms part of a custom assay line offering probe-based or SYBR® Green-based configurations.

Applications include mutation or species detection, copy-number variation, gene-expression analysis, and more. To set up an experiment, a nucleic acid sample isolated from fresh, frozen, or fixed material is added to a master mix with the assay, and amplification is performed on a real-time PCR thermal cycler. QIAGEN partners with customers to design, execute, and optionally verify the assay results.
