QIAGEN offers LNA-enhanced detection probes for ultra-sensitive and specific in situ hybridization (ISH) of mRNA and small RNAs. Users can custom design their own probes for any mRNA or lncRNA target using QIAGEN's advanced online design tools. These probes enable easy detection of short RNAs and discrimination between highly similar RNAs, with high affinity for their target sequences that permits stringent hybridization and washing conditions despite short probe lengths. The probes come with the option of different labels and are provided in tube format, and are part of QIAGEN's Assay Technologies consumables portfolio.
