Custom dPCR LNA Assay (2 Primers)

Designed by QIAGEN Genomic Services for targeted digital PCR applications, these custom assays consist of LNA primers, with LNA probes included as applicable. According to the manufacturer product sheet, they are intended for use with the QIAcuity Probe PCR Kit or the QIAcuity EG PCR Kit on the QIAcuity digital PCR instrument, supporting both multiplex and singleplex setups.

Third-party sources describe the two-primer format as recommended for mutation detection, rare target quantification, and high-specificity applications, with LNA chemistry increasing probe and primer affinity to improve specificity and the detection of low-abundance variants.
