CryoStor CS10, 100mL Bag

A serum-free, defined cryopreservation medium containing 10% DMSO for the long-term storage of cells at ultra-low temperatures. The 100 mL bag format supports closed-system processing in cell therapy and bioprocessing workflows, minimizing contamination risk during fill and finish operations. CryoStor CS10 is supplied by STEMCELL Technologies and is manufactured using USP-grade components under cGMP conditions for clinical and research applications. The formulation is optimized for hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stromal cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, T cells, and other sensitive primary cell populations, providing consistent post-thaw viability and functional recovery for downstream assay, expansion, and therapy development work. Store refrigerated between uses and protect from light; the product is pre-qualified for use with controlled-rate freezers and vapor-phase liquid nitrogen storage. Each 100 mL bag is single use and intended for research use only.
