CoV-2 NProt Pep Pool 25ug/pep

From STEMCELL Technologies, this lyophilized peptide mixture is designed for SARS-CoV-2 immunology research, providing peptides to activate antigen-specific immune cells. The pool comprises 102 peptides spanning amino acids 1–419 of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein; UniProt P0DTC9), a structural protein that interacts with viral RNA to form the nucleocapsid and with membrane protein (M) during virion assembly. Peptides are 15-mers with 11-amino-acid overlaps, supplied as trifluoroacetate salts with an average purity of 70%.

Per the manufacturer's Product Information Sheet, one unit is sufficient for stimulating 2.5 x 10^8 cells. To reconstitute, bring to room temperature (15–25°C), dissolve in approximately 40 μL of pure DMSO, and dilute with water; the final DMSO concentration must remain below 1% (v/v) to avoid toxicity.

Store at -20°C, protected from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; the product remains stable as supplied until the expiry date on the label. Per the Safety Data Sheet, the lyophilized solid is not classified as hazardous under the GHS or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. The product is intended for research use only.
