BioSprint 96 DNA Blood Kit (384)

From QIAGEN, this magnetic-particle kit uses MagAttract® technology to purify DNA, combining the speed and efficiency of silica-based DNA purification with the convenient handling of magnetic particles. It is intended for research applications only, with no claim or representation intended for its use to provide information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.

Designed for use with the BioSprint 96 workstation, the kit provides high-quality DNA that is free of protein, nucleases, and other contaminants or inhibitors. The purified DNA is suitable for direct use in downstream applications, such as amplification or other enzymatic reactions. A QIAGEN supplementary protocol describes use of the kit for purifying DNA from small amounts of rodent tail tissue in combination with the BioSprint 96 workstation.
