Anti-ZYX Antibody

A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Zyxin (ZYX). It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 350–572 of human Zyxin (NP_003452.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 78 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.
