Manufactured by Antibodies.com and sequence-matched to clone 10C4, this reagent recognizes an epitope located between the EC1 and EC2 Ig-like domains of human FCAMR (UniProt Q8WWV6), a single-pass type I membrane protein of approximately 60 kDa that is N-glycosylated and expressed by mesangial cells in addition to B lymphocytes and macrophages.
