Anti-ZWINT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ZWINT (ZW10 interacting kinetochore protein), a kinetochore-associated factor required for accurate chromosome alignment and segregation during mitotic cell division. ZWINT localizes to the outer kinetochore, contributes to recruitment of the ROD-ZW10-Zwilch (RZZ) complex, and supports spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, making it a marker of interest in studies of mitosis, chromosome stability, and dividing cell populations.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on both human and mouse samples, the unconjugated IgG reagent enables cross-species work in cell biology and oncology research where mitotic fidelity is examined.
