Anti-ZWINT Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ZWINT, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–277 of human ZWINT (NP_008988.2), and the reagent is affinity-purified. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for WB and ICC/IF.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
