Anti-ZSCAN22 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ZSCAN22, also known by the synonyms ZNF50, HKR2, Krueppel-related zinc finger protein 2, Protein HKR2, and Zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 22. Supplied as an unconjugated preparation validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ZSCAN22, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total ZSCAN22 protein. The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline without Mg2+ and Ca2+, pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
