Anti-ZP2 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing the region corresponding to amino acids 651–745 of human ZP2 (NP_003451.1). The antibody has been affinity purified and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:4,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Predicted target molecular weight is 68 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
