Anti-ZP1 (G259) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ZP1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 240–280 of human ZP1 as immunogen, and it detects endogenous levels of ZP1 protein. The target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
