Anti-Zolpidem Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this purified mouse monoclonal reagent is raised against Zolpidem, a non-benzodiazepine sedative-hypnotic that acts on GABA-A receptors and is widely prescribed for short-term treatment of insomnia. The antibody is supplied as a 1 mg purified IgG1 monoclonal in unconjugated format, buffered in 0.015 M potassium phosphate with 0.85% sodium chloride and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is recommended for use in ELISA-based detection of Zolpidem. With mouse as the host species and IgG1 as the isotype, the reagent shows the typical specificity profile documented for this clone family, recognising the Zolpidem urinary antigen (phenyl-4-carboxylic acid) at 100% and Zolpidem itself at 80%, with negligible cross-reactivity to Zopiclone.
