Anti-ZNRF3 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against ZNRF3. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human ZNRF3. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The predicted molecular weight is 101 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Manufacturer-recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:1,000–1:5,000, IHC-P at 1:50–1:200, and ELISA at 1 µg/ml. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
