Raised in rabbit against human ZNHIT1 (Zinc Finger HIT Domain-Containing Protein 1), this polyclonal primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. ZNHIT1 contributes to box C/D small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein biogenesis within the nucleolus and Cajal bodies, making it a useful reagent for studies of ribonucleoprotein assembly and nucleolar trafficking. Intended for research use only.

The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot application on samples derived from human, mouse, and rat, supporting interspecies comparison in cell-line and tissue lysate experiments. Storage at -20 °C is recommended to preserve activity through the working shelf life; for occasional use, keep the vial refrigerated at 4 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by preparing single-use aliquots in tubes prior to first use.

Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the reagent is not appropriate for direct in vivo work without dialysis or extensive washing. The unconjugated format offers flexibility to pair the primary with a species-matched HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary of choice.
