ZNF7 (Zinc Finger Protein 7) is a nuclear Krüppel-type C2H2 zinc finger transcription factor involved in sequence-specific DNA binding and gene regulation. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human ZNF7 target and supplied as 100 µL in a vial format for immunodetection workflows.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, two complementary readouts that together confirm both protein expression level and subcellular localisation. Because ZNF7 is a nuclear factor, immunofluorescence signals are expected to localise predominantly to the nucleus in stained cells. Western blot under denaturing conditions reveals the protein at its predicted molecular weight.

Provided at 100 µL, the reagent is unconjugated, allowing users to couple it to their preferred reporter (HRP, fluorophores, or biotin) for custom detection chemistry. Store refrigerated in working aliquots to preserve activity; aliquoting upon first use helps avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The polyclonal format recognises multiple epitopes across ZNF7, which can be advantageous when studying splice variants or modified forms.

For research use only, in vitro applications in human cell lines and tissue samples expressing ZNF7 are the primary intended use cases.
