Anti-ZNF691 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the human ZNF691 protein for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody that detects endogenous levels of total ZNF691.

It was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ZNF691 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target, zinc finger protein 691, is described as a nuclear protein with low tissue specificity, located in the nucleoplasm, nucleoli and vesicles.
