ZNF673 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein encoded on the human X chromosome and implicated in DNA-binding transcription factor activity, with predicted roles in chromatin-associated regulatory processes. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against the ZNF673 target and is supplied as an unconjugated, 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a 100 µl vial sized for multiple experimental runs. The antibody has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human samples, giving it utility for studies of gene regulation, developmental biology, and X-linked transcriptional control. Researchers investigating KRAB-zinc finger family members or comparative analyses of primate-specific zinc finger genes will find this reagent useful for probing endogenous expression patterns in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. For best results, store refrigerated at 4°C, aliquot upon arrival, and minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding reactivity across long-term experiments.
