Anti-ZNF638 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ZNF638. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1308-1353 of human ZNF638, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the ZNF638 protein. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Reported molecular weight is approximately 220 kDa, with a 120 kDa band corresponding to Isoform 5. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
