ZNF638 (zinc finger protein 638), also known as NP220, is a large nuclear-matrix nucleic acid-binding protein that combines zinc finger and RNA recognition motifs. It has been implicated in the cellular DNA damage response, in transcriptional regulation, and as an interaction partner of BRCA1 at repair foci.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against ZNF638 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The reagent demonstrates reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, enabling cross-species comparative studies of ZNF638 expression, subcellular localization, and accumulation at damage sites.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide as preservative at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent ships as a 100 µl vial. Recommended handling includes short-term refrigeration and protection from light; for longer-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
