Anti-ZNF408 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ZNF408, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa. It is validated for Western blot applications at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 471–720 of human ZNF408 (NP_079017.1).
