ZNF313 is a RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligase, also known as RNF114, that contains C3H1-type zinc finger motifs and has been linked to psoriasis susceptibility in genetic studies. Antibodies.com provides a 100 µl rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for this target, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) detection in human samples.

As an unconjugated primary antibody, this reagent offers flexibility in detection chemistry: researchers can pair it with HRP-conjugated secondaries for chemiluminescent Western blotting or with fluorophore-labeled secondaries for IF imaging. Polyclonal reactivity against multiple epitopes increases the likelihood of recognizing endogenous ZNF313 across cell lysates and tissue preparations.

Functionally, ZNF313 participates in ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation and has been reported to modulate the stability of transcription factors and innate-immune regulators. The reagent supports signal-transduction research, autoimmune-disease model studies, and basic investigations of RING-domain enzymology. Recommended storage is refrigerated at standard antibody conditions to preserve polyclonal stability.
