Anti-ZNF265 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the internal region of human ZNF265 and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the total ZNF265 protein (also known as ZIS and ZNF265, a zinc finger RNA-binding protein involved in RNA splicing). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, and is unconjugated, allowing users to couple it with their detection label of choice. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been validated for reactivity with human samples. For shipping, the vial is dispatched at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal sequence of human ZNF265, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
