The ZNF217 gene at chromosome 20q13.2 encodes a Kruppel-like zinc finger transcription factor that is frequently amplified in breast, ovarian, and colorectal cancers, where it drives aberrant proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. This unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit, recognizes the endogenous human ZNF217 protein, and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human specimens.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, providing enough material for dozens of routine immunoblots or multiple IHC and IF staining runs. Aliquoting upon arrival and storage at -20 °C preserves activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and the unconjugated format lets users couple it to biotin, HRP, Alexa Fluor dyes, or other reporters as a particular experiment demands.

Suitable for cell culture-derived samples, tissue sections, and lysate-based immunoblotting in oncology and signaling research. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
